This is an inaugural exhibition for this sweet new space in Denver. New Co-Directors Jenny Nagashima and Ilan Gutin bring a wealth of experience from galleries in Chicago, Denver, and Montana. Along with founder and Co-Director Derrick Velasquez, they are attempting to fill a very specific niche in Denver that lies somewhere between project space and commercial gallery. This show has over 40 artists from around the country. I am honored to be a part of it.
Closing reception on Saturday, March 1, 2025

This show features 3 series: Earth, Biopholic and Topography. (Earth Series shown here.) They're assembled from wood remnants and unique porcelain pieces. It was challenging silencing my monkey brain to arrive at the these compositions. Nevertheless, with a lot of trial and error, it led me to reflect and honor the natural world around us.

Dearly Disillusioned is a boundary-pushing exhibit coinciding with the centennial of women’s suffrage and the third annual Womxn’s March. In this exhibit, four local collectives come together with unique and compelling perspectives on gender identity, protest, and equality. Curators and artists collaborate to explore new intersections of historical and contemporary narratives that inspire change in our community.
